En ik was de afgelopen dagen ook nog heerlijk afgeleid door deze mooie blokjes..

Het zijn er nu totaal 23.

And I also was totally distracted these past days by these little blocks..

En het derde mandje van de eerste maand is ook klaar (klik).

Verder was het vandaag even een alle-dingen-dagje...

Vanochtend kwamen er mensen van het glasvezel-gebeuren de router aanleggen in de meterkast..

En dat kost natuurlijk even tijd...... en boren...... en gekruip onder je huis (brrr, als ik eraan denk wat ze daar tegen kunnen komen aan spinnen enzo....!!!!).....en heel veel zand en troep na afloop....

DUS....

wat doe je dan, als rechtgeaard lapjesliefhebster...

JUIST:

iets gaan naaien...... (let even niet op de rommel, he?!)

Today was an all-kind-of-things-day.....

This morning there were people installing what we Dutch call: fiberglass.

It's for a faster internet.... 

That takes time ofcourse......and drilling..... and crawling under your house (brr, if I think what they could encounter there; spiders etc......!!!!!)..... and a lot of sand and dust afterwards....

SO....

What should a true-harted fabriclover do....

EXACTLY:

go sew something.....   :) ... (don't mind the mess, he?!).

Ik werk aan deze leuke kleine pine-apple-blokjes.

Het zijn er ondertussen 17, van 5,5 inch (inclusief naadtoeslag).

I'm working on these cute littel pine-appleblocks.

Untill now, there are 17 done, each measure 5,5 inch (including seamallowance).

Eigenlijk doe ik juist heel veel op quiltgebied.

De klosjes quilten;

twee soorten mandjes maken;

sterretjes "schieten".......  ;)

EN: heel erg leuke, kleine ananas-blokjes maken!

Lief, he?!

Actually I'm quite active in the quilting area.....

Quilting the "klosjes";

making two kinds of baskets;

"shooting" stars......  ;)

AND: making cute little pine-apple blocks!

Aren't they great?!

En dan heb je ineens een heel gezellige rommel op de tafel!

Een berg die bijna groter is dan dat lieve kleine naaimachientje....  :)

And then it happens there is an enormous pile on the table!

A pile that's almost bigger than that gorgeous little sewing machine.....  ;)
